About Corinne
Founded in 1869 during the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad, Corinne quickly became an important transportation, freight, and commercial center for the American West. Today, the city preserves its colorful history while offering residents a peaceful rural lifestyle surrounded by open farmland, wildlife, and spectacular mountain views. Located west of Brigham City near the northern edge of the Great Salt Lake, Corinne provides convenient access to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, Willard Bay State Park, the Great Salt Lake, and the Wasatch Mountains for birdwatching, boating, fishing, hunting, camping, and photography.
