About Cove Fort
Situated at the junction of Interstate 15 and the western terminus of Interstate 70, Cove Fort has welcomed travelers for more than 150 years. Although it has no permanent residential community today, the surrounding area offers ranches, recreational acreage, agricultural land, and outstanding access to public lands throughout central and western Utah. Nearby attractions include Historic Cove Fort, Fishlake National Forest, Fremont Indian State Park, Meadow Hot Springs, the Mineral Mountains, the Pahvant Range, Little Sahara Recreation Area, and Beaver Valley. Residents and visitors enjoy historic tours, camping, hiking, hunting, ATV and UTV riding, wildlife viewing, photography, scenic drives, stargazing, and exploring pioneer history.
