About Washington Terrace
Washington Terrace sits on a plateau above the Weber River with roughly 9,500 residents. The city was originally built to house Hill Air Force Base personnel and retains a tight-knit, family-oriented character today. Housing stock is dominated by mid-century homes on quiet streets plus a growing share of remodeled and infill construction. Residents enjoy excellent access to I-15, U.S. Highway 89, Hill Air Force Base, Weber State University, McKay-Dee Hospital, and the recreation of Northern Utah.
