About Holladay
Holladay sits on the east bench of the Salt Lake Valley, between Millcreek to the north and Cottonwood Heights to the south, with the Wasatch Range directly east. Roughly 31,000 residents call the city home. Housing stock is dominated by mature 1950s–1990s ranch, split-level, and two-story family homes on tree-lined streets, with executive and luxury properties on the upper bench, custom infill construction, and walkable amenities at Holladay Village Plaza. I-215 Belt Route and Highland Drive provide quick regional access.
