About White City
White City is an unincorporated metro township in the southeast Salt Lake Valley, surrounded by Sandy to the north, west, and south, with quick access to Cottonwood Heights and Draper. Roughly 5,500 residents call the community home. Housing stock is dominated by mature 1960s–1980s single-family neighborhoods on consistent lot sizes, with select custom redevelopment and limited new construction. I-15, I-215, State Street, and the TRAX Blue Line provide regional access; Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are minutes away.
